Yeah, I’m hoping it’s returned with no issues!

They offered me a new box but I’m led to believe the misspelling will make it more “limited” lol true or false I’m not so sure

I feel the same about the boxes - the misspelled ones will ultimately be more of a collectors' item.

I wonder if the watch is sold out now, I.E. all 1972 are sold and off the market.

Yeah, I know, I set my modded Speedy 1 and 1/2 minutes behind the other two (I got distracted).

The normal un-modded one in the middle. It's what I posted in the WRUW thread as today's watch.

Since most are keeping the mispelt boxes, myself included, I think the correct ones will be more limited. Lol...

EC56A4D4-4E3E-4FCD-995E-5AA3742672AB.jpeg My first speedy- it’s a rare “non-limited edition” version

For years I didn’t see the allure of the speedmaster, I’d had various Rolexes, a seamaster 300m, planet ocean, Panerai, jlc Reverso, Corum, Oris, Jeanrichards etc but couldn’t understand why you would choose to have a manual wind with a plastic crystal if you had the choice...

and then 20+ years after my first big watch I got the speedy bug and so it begins... I’ve slimmed down the collection selling 30+ watches in the last year and now happily own a speedy pro and an old seamaster deville along with a Grand Seiko springdrive and a Marinemaster. The speedy is getting all the wrist time at present though- currently on a DiModell Rallye

My 3594.50 broad arrow on flimsy 1171 bracelet. Technically not a moonwatch, but close enough.

Just bought my dad a sapphire sandwich, just weeks after getting my hesalite speedy. Is it wrong that I kinda want to trade? That movement looks so good C492128C-6056-4D22-A905-CE5230BADEDB.jpeg 78A7CDFD-7407-4E84-A3E0-69AE77CD3D80.jpeg

For today.
A bit of Polywatch will bring that up real nice.
Great looking 105.012.

Keep going backwards and forwards as to whether I should sell this or not as it just doesn't get much wrist time anymore

Sell it, buy a bigger turbo.
