Zenith Sporto Cal 40-T

I came across this Zenith Sporto and would like to know the following:

1-Is the watch genuine?
2- Does the dial seems to be re-finished?
3- Are the crowns on this model thick? Other models seems to have a thinner crown
4- How reliable is the caliber 40-T ?

Dial has been done, my opinion. And too small aftermarket crown.
Cal 40 is good and realible.
