Zenith Chronomaster service/replacement part

Hey there. Around a year ago I picked up a gorgeous Chronomaster 01.240.410 with a 410z movement. I've been experimenting with watch timing apps and the like and just found out that it's running a fairly fast. Depending on being on a winder or just sitting it's ranging from 25-40 sec/day.

It also came with a scuff on the caseback, its mostly on the sapphire but some is on the metal part of the caseback.

I've read many horror stories about LVMH service so I'm hoping to gather some opinions on what others would do here. I don't know it's service history so given that it is 16ish years old I'm sure it could use a teardown and not just a quick regulating.

Any thoughts?

Hi!

First of all watch timing apps are not the most reliable way to check the accuracy.

I won't be too much affraid to send a modern watch to LVMH, it can be a concern if you send a vintage.

Do you know when was the last service?

I actually don't so I'm completely sure it could use a service.

I haven't won it too often recently but it's been on a winder and I think it's drifted a few minutes in that time.
