NOS Zenith Captain cal. 2542PC
With original Zenith NSA bracelet.
wasn't really chasing one of these but
couldn't pass it up. Too bad I can't wear it.
It deserves a proper Box. Anyone know what
The boxes for these are supposed to
look like? Google image searched and can't
come up with anything.

Great looking watch. I couldn't wear it either.

You can only wear a NOS watch once. Then it's not NOS anymore.

Assuming it was NOS in the first place. :p

Hang tags and stickers do not make a watch new. I've seen people wear Omegas for years with the "purple snot" on the back.

Guilty as charged.

The Squirrel of Distraction bit you, eh?

Why can you not wear it? Is it the NOS-itis sickness?

Yeah I know - not wearing a watch is like waterboarding it. Sheer torture!

Therefore the answer would have been to buy both - wear one and keep the other NOS.

I can't believe the price that these went for and also a NOS from Italy that I had been discussing with another member who's sniper programme let him down whilst he was away. Not particularly good examples sold for a lot more 12 months ago c. £1,100.

We all know that buying from both Argentina and Italy can be fraught with problems but in this case, fortune favoured the brave.

@pitpro did well :thumbsup:

Everything's relative as they say.... or everything is local as another saying goes.
A year ago $1000 U.S. $ would have brought the Argentine seller 8700(ARS) Argentine Pesos
Today $1000 U.S. converts to 15100(ARS) Argentine Pesos.
