Nice write-up on one of my earliest vintage acquisitions here. Terrific watches, still undervalued.

Let's see 'em if you got 'em, boys.

I'll toss in a 'Mourning Primero' to hot up the thread.

I had one briefly - just long enough to see it was not as decribed by the seller, and returned.:(

Still on my "opportunistic" buy list, and a notch or two higher after this thread.

At least 2/50 of the black disl are in the hands of OF members... Any more out there?

BTW - Fernseher.

There, someone had to say it.

Will that fit a 7.5" wrist? Seems it would be better suited for mine. Happy to be that guy to take one for the team and relieve the watch off your hands. :whistling:

Here's mine, which hasn't been getting much wrist time lately. Time to change that! ;)

You need one of those NSAs like jfwoodman and Andy K have - conforms much better to the wrist. A little easier to size too.

One of my first high-end watches:

02 ZenithFace02s.jpg

It is nice to see my photo show up on Tha Innanetz from time to time, but I do not regret letting my TV go. The all-black version is the only one that is clearly legible, and even then it could be improved. Lovely watch but very heavy and not exactly practical... Relatively speaking, of course! ;)

I actually find mine quite legible. The only gripe I have about this great watch is that it suffers from TCS: Tiny Crown Syndrome. Or maybe I should look inward. Perhaps the watch is fine and I suffer from CFS: Chubby Finger Syndrome.

I really want one of these and lost the same one twice on eBay in last 2 weeks... first to a 0 shill bid then last night on the re-auction. Did it go to anyone here? I thought the about $1,500 price was a bit of a steal and I'm kicking myself for not sniping higher.

This is my black Fernseher. I did not yet shoot the blue version.

Cheers,

Mick
