It is a lady's diver that uses one of the ETA based movements. IIRC, there was someone selling a couple of the cases from this series, NOS, with dial and hands, on eBay a couple of months ago.

Well, here is the value about 40 years ago:

It's very hard to estimate the value of a lady's diver, as the demand is low. My guess would be maybe €300-350 at most.
