image.jpg Just got this today, it is the first nice watch I have ever purchased. I could not be happier with it!

Nice! How are you enjoying it so far? I just got a SMP of my own. Trying to keep it pristine but dings/scratches are inevitable :/

My 145.022 -74 produced Oct 1976. It's already due for another service in a couple of months. Time flies...

Just arrived here in Paris (full set : box, paper etc...) on a SS STZ004194 and I just change the buccle (by an AD) for the micro ajustment one (STZ001154) which is great.
Good feeling and very confortable

As you say, a lovely morning here in the UK:

A pre-moon, 1969 speedmaster which is pretty much exactly the same age as me!

My new (to me) 3592.50 Calibre 863

Couldn't resist the patina and the slightly faded dial!

When I first got into Speedmasters (right around 2017) I started searching ebay for lemania based three register chronographs. I came across this beauty which has a lemania 1873 movement - it is almost identical to an Omega 1861 movement -and got it for a reasonable sum. It became one of my beloved watches. Since then, I have gotten into collecting and flipping Speedmasters. I recently was able to trade+ cash for this 2017 Speedy Tuesday and it may be time to relinquish the Wakmann. The silvery subdials (not white paint!) and sister movements look so good together. I hope you enjoy on this Speedy Tuesday. Cheers!

Nice. I think you should keep both.
