More Zenith luxury and precision, this time a Captain Chronometer in yellow gold. I've never seen this one documented in any Zenith literature.

The symmetry of this dial is undisturbed by a date window

All shiny finish - unlike others I have seen. Clearly someone has cleaned off the lacquer, fortunately skillfully without disturbing the printing. But a challenge to photograph...

Cal 133.8 inside from 1958, a pretty early date for Captains.

Got my "Z" ticket punched twice:D

Rough couple of weeks of anticipation as two international deals came to fruition despite shipping hassles in each case - fortunately two good-natured and communicative sellers - vielen dank and mille grazie to them.

If I was a Longines collector, (and thank God I'm not) I'd be selling all my Conquests to buy those babys.
