Quick Technical Question - Cal 126 vs. 40

Does anyone know if these movements share the same wheel diameters for the hour and minute hands?

I'm looking to source some authentic hands and need to know how wide to cast the net.

If you mean the size of the pipes that attach the hands to the movement, Ranfft will give you that information.
