Question about Zenith captain chronometer

Greetings Zenith forum,
Without knowing anything about this watch I find it quite beautiful.
(Okay, perhaps a bit too much patina on the dial).
Is it worth even close to the asking price?

No. The Captain was Zenith's answer to the Constellation and the Conquest, and comes in just as many variations. An all-steel version with a rotor automatic (as opposed to Efrem Jobin's immortal bumper automatics, the cals 133.8 and 71, which also happen to come in a satisfyingly larger case) is toward the bottom of the spectrum in values. IN good condition, this is a sub-$1000 watch.

I had in fact found a few of those threads (I do try to do a bit of research before I ask a question ) and I did strike me how different those cases were. Somehow, I really like the particular case found in the OP. Of course those watch displays in the threads are quite stunning.
