Omega Identification

I have an old Omega watch I’m thinking of selling left to me by my grandfather. I think it was purchased sometime in the 60’s but not sure. All I know is that it’s a Constellation and has a gold 14k solid bracelet that is not Omega. Beyond that, I have no idea of its value. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

10+ years later, and still "no idea of its value."
Spruce,
Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for. At the time, I wasn't interested in selling just learning more about its features. In the thread, there are several comments about the model: 2943 with a cal.504, 2nd gen. cal. 561 then 14.381 with a track dial after the better picture was posted. I assume 14.381 is the correct model to list on ebay.
