For further referrence, here is a picture of the movement of my Cal 40T chronometer.
Not marked as chronometer on the movement, and I do believe that to be correct! The watch itself looked completely untouched prior to service and undergoing restoration.

Thanks for the photos... true, some 40T's were certified chronometers and none - as far as I know - were marked as such on the movements.

For reference, I bought one of these on its original bracelet, about a year ago. I paid £900, including buyer's premium from Watches of Knightsbridge.
