So, two Espadas on the 'bay..

Turkish Espada: a "lived-in" look, polished in a rock tumbler, wrong bracelet - SOLD for USD 4000

Palm Springs Espada: Much fresher. Quoting MMMD: The hour and minute hands appear to be from a Movado HS 360, though I must say they look pretty good. Bracelet clasp is wrong. No movement shots. Nice looking dial and case, and the blue internal bezel is unusually well preserved. The minimum bid is not a particularly high price, all things considered, but the BIN is too high given the replacement hands.

No Sale for a Wanker's Reserve of USD 4700

Good observation about the service dial. I hadn't noticed that.

I think this Astronic is the best 3019 PHF on the market right now. I'm surprised it hasn't sold yet at this price.

I was trying to talk myself into it, that is a LOT of watch for $3200, that's used 80s Datejust money.

pitpro -- The "dot" next to Swiss Made indicates a more modern dial, using Super-LumiNova rather than tritium ("T") for glow. Thus it indicates a newer dial, made for factory service replacement.

"polished in a rock tumbler" made me laugh up my coffee. Thank you, LouS :-)

Many Espada on sale now got same service dial;
you can see it with the mentioned point, after and before SWISS MADE,
and for the compax (mini dial) color.
The originals from '70s are blue as the inner scale bezel.

Open eyes ;)
