A fantastic thread! Extremely pleasing to the eye, but also takes ref. identification to the next level. I wonder what eccentricities we will stumble across from on ref to the next or even one year to the next within the same ref. Thanks Fib!

Now on to google macro lenses;)

I recently picked up a nikon d810 from a friend. Tossed on some extension tubes and a 50mm lens. I'm going to enjoy having a nice camera again :)

Might need to invest in a true macro lens, but for now extension tubes are an amazingly inexpensive way to take nice close photos.
