It would be difficult to find a genuine with the Omega logo in the centre. I know Omega at Swatch would not sell me one when I enquired about it 5 years ago as I was not an authorised Omega watchmaker. I gave up and found one in Ireland on

They have an email contact and you can send them an email to ask.
I am not sure if Clark watch supplies do one as I found a generic Rolex crystal at a third of the price and I see it almost undistinguishable from the genuine. They sell on eBay as Nostalgia 2000

It wouldn't hurt to ask.
Sorry I can't be much help. But unfortunately it has gone this way!!

Crystal is Omega part #062PN1055.

You don;t say what colour the case or hands are, but the plain silver seconds hand is Omega part 066TZ0280LG1375.

These part numbers might help you in your search...

Did you find a second hand? I've a Geneve 1974, again no second hand. Wondering if it ever had one...

Look at the center tube of the movement. if it's closed up. No sweep hand. If it's open. Should see a small pinion arm for the hand. Need to open it up to check the reference number on the back to know which hand you need
