Dougiedude, I am new to this and very naive and like any beginner I have made mistakes ! I have a 146d 18 carat gold similar to yours, but not as nice, anyway can I ask if you know the stem size ? I would like to replace mine, is this advisable ? Cheers fred

Fred, I don't know the answer. A good watchmaker may be able to tell you (or someone here who knows). Good luck!
