how much/where can you get the correct tachy?

That tachy ring is advertised on eBay if you bother to do your own research. Even adding a service tachy ring, the watch will still be a "confection".

Mark I case is indeed the rarest of the 3.
Too bad that this one is clearly a mix of different parts, the dial is in good condition.

Case, chrono hand, tachy ring, crown -- all should be changed. I would wonder if the movement is genuine.

No idea. Looks off. The lugs should have more bend...

Not even a mark II or III from what I saw.
For me it should not have this difference of level between lugs and case: both should be on the same level with a groove in between
