The ones that got away...

For reasons I am too embarrassed to reveal I did not put in bids on these when they were up. I still hit myself hard in the face when thinking of it.

The first one was in 2014.

We all make mistakes. I still have the picture of the pink gold Longines Flagship I bid way too low on several years back. Luckily, I rectified that twice over.

Maybe a good idea for a thread: the watches that got away.

My greatest regret is a terrific pink gold Longines 7415 that was offered here in the Netherlands for <€4000 (€3750 iirc), days after I had already spent my children's future tuition on a Rolex 5513.

Way too many of those. But this one just last week.
Relisted on a different web site from the buyer and at double the price he bought it.
