Help identify vintage omega de ville cal 752

Hi everyone,
I need some help with that one, anyone knows more about this watch and the value? I know it is a cal 752 and it is 18k solid gold tool 106, that’s it and no one is able to tell me more about the model or the price, would like to know about its value if anyone knows

It’s from the 70’s. Value will be around the gold value as it will substantial and these watches aren’t highly collectible
