·I normally do not post my newest acquisitions, and this is not a Zenith per se, but it is the sibling of Zenith's 143 so there is a connection. And it is not really a new acquisition: I bought it nearly 18 months ago. There were a few technical issues to resolve that took my trusted repairer a while to address.
It is not 100% original. The sweep seconds hand came with the watch, but the other hands were sourced from different places to achieve the look I wanted. The case may or may not be original to the movement. It could be from a Gallet (there is an "H" on one lug) and the bevel on the lugs is not quite the same as similar EPs, but I like this watch the way it is. The size, shape, and aesthetics are, for me, just right.
