IMHO it could be a legit Mark II - it has got the groove and a plain case back - and the E from El Primero is very close to the subdial - something that is often seen in Mark II's. I believe the seller wrote 1. series because of the plain case back. Maybe he was not aware, that there is a Mark I without a groove.

p.s. I do not know the seller - the above written is just my thinking, which can be wrong

I forgot.... now it all depends on the serial number engraved on the case back...

The watch to me looks all correct for a Mark 2. Correct crown, subdial hands, correct hour minute hands, original sweep second hand. Do you guys think it is wrong?

Case back is a Mark 2. Flat case back with serial number of 706D***

it is a all correct MK2, and in very good conditions it seems.
The only only think I am not 110% sure is the central red paddle chrono hand...it could be a service one, relumed to match the color of the rest of the lume. But it could also be original. Eitherway it is a very nice example, probably also priced relatively OK for what has been seen lately.
